How long have you been doing what you do and how did you get to be a small business expert?
To answer this question, it’s probably best that I share with you a defining moment and resulting “compelling story” that brought me to where I am today, coaching women like you on exactly what to do to consistently grow your business with big action while developing a success mindset.
I have been coaching for years. I started out coaching friends and family without knowing what I was really doing. About 5 years ago I was watching a reality show and one of the contestants was a life coach. That was the first time I realized that there were other types of coaching out there besides sports coaching. From there I began researching the coaching industry and ended up getting my certification and MBA in marketing at the same time. While I was pursuing my coaching certificate we were required to coach 20 people. One of the people I coached was a mom who was interested in starting a business so she could escape the rat race and pursue her passions full time. I really enjoyed working with her and felt my spirit and soul come alive! She ended up with awesome results, including creating a team who supports her 110%. It was during that time when I realized that my mission was to lead moms on their journey to entrepreneurship and I have been in love with what I do ever since. What I enjoy the most is helping moms with their mindset and marketing which results in them easily attracting the people they were meant to serve.
Who are your clients exactly?
I work with independent women just like you who are in the service business and run a private practice and who are really good at what they do. They may also be what I call “fencepreneurs” women who are working full-time jobs while trying to grow their business. I remember when I was starting out as a coach; all I could think about was escaping the rat race so I could focus on what I loved doing full time. I would invest in products and services that I thought would take my business to the next level. Instead, the products I purchased just became “shelf-help” and the results that I received from the services were good but temporary. It took years to realize that none of those products and services would help me grow my business unless I had the right mindset and a consistent attraction marketing plan in place. With that being said, I work with women professionals who run the whole show and who are ready to jump the fence to become a full time entrepreneurs.

How are you different from other “business coaches?”
There are several ways that I am different from other coaches. One way is that I help women who are still employees to become full time entrepreneurs. Another way is that I not only focus on the business part, but the personal development part as well. From my experience, if a business owner doesn’t deal with their mindset first and their beliefs about money, then it will be harder for them to grow their businesses in a much bigger way. I really get deep with my clients to make sure there is no “gunk” in the way of them striving and reaching their goals. Also, I only work with solo professionals. I do not work with mid-size companies or large corporations. If I get a prospect that fits that category, I usually refer them to another coach. I’m also a direct, no-nonsense coach. I do not let my clients slide with excuses, self-sabotage or limited beliefs. I also like to sprinkle in a little humor, compassion and motivation which is always a plus.
What type of personality do you work best with and what is expected of me?
Oh man, I love this question! My workshops, programs and services were designed for people who are dead serious about growing their business and escaping the rat race so they can walk in their purpose full time.
Being a high-achieving go-getter myself, I’m known to work best with other high-achieving go-getters who are super-ready to take action and just need to know what steps to take to grow their business into a thriving full-time practice.
For what type of professional are your programs and services NOT going to work?
I am pretty selective with who I work with and will only partner with individuals who I know will get the results that they signed up for.
My programs are NOT for those who are financially desperate and have no form of income coming in. Working with these individuals is stressful for both of us. From my experience, it is hard to get them to implement what is being taught and focus on doing what it takes to grow their business as they are usually worried about paying their rent, mortgage, car payment, etc.
If you happen to fall into this category, please do not get discouraged! It is OK, as we have all been in a place where there are more bills than money coming in. I encourage you to do the following to position yourself for success:
- Get some money coming in either with a full-time or part-time job. If you already have a job and are still struggling to make ends meet, please look for employment where you can get higher pay. Do not believe you can’t find a job due to the economy, jobs are available, and you just have to be consistent and dedicated to your search. Once you have a job that allows you a little extra to invest in yourself, then please call me! Having enough income coming in will allow you to focus on your growth without worry or stress.

Another type of person that I refuse to work with is the complainer and the doubter or a person who consistently make excuses for not completing the action steps or disagreeing with any aspects of my programs of services. If you are one of these people, then I am NOT the mentor for you! I hope you understand. Our partnership will probably not be a positive one and I wouldn’t want to waste your time or money. Does that sound fair?
What exactly is the Unstoppable Moms system and what does it include?
Growing a sustainable business begins with having the right mindset, taking the right actions and attracting the right clients. At the beginning we will focus on you and then your clients. Our system is a combination of business coaching and personal development. Here’s what the system gets you to do:
1. Develop a success and abundance mindset-We will examine, your attitudes about money, any limiting beliefs you may have and target and recognize self-sabotaging habits that may be keeping you stuck.
2. Get clear on your target market and ideal client-Together will determine which group of individuals would benefit from your services and products and the best ways to reach them in large numbers while spending little to no money. We will also determine who you enjoy working with the most and why
3. Identify your niche- We will discover what painful problem you solve for your target market and the results you want them to obtain from working with you.
4. Evaluate your big WHY-This is where we will discuss your soul-purpose for doing what you do and how it can pull you into greatness.
5. Create your “compelling” story- We will work on creating an authentic story that resonates with your tribe using a proven formula.
6. Create an effective marketing plan-This will include both online and offline strategies for growing your business.
7. Learn the science behind the ‘closing the sale’-I will teach you a system to close the sale when speaking with prospects over the phone and during speaking engagements.
8. Create a rat race escape plan- If you are still working in a job, we will create a plan for your escape so you can thrive as a full-time entrepreneur.
9. Create systems for sustainability-We will work on a system that puts your business on auto-pilot so you can focus on what you love to do and are good at.
10. Develop a 12-month action plan-We will create an action plan to get you to six-figures within one a year.
